COSTS & DESTINATIONS
United States:
We provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US (Except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). Please understand we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

Canada:
We provide FREE delivery services in 8 provinces of Canada. BC (British Columbia), AB (Alberta), SK (Saskatchewan), MB (Manitoba), ON (Ontario), QC (Quebec), NB (New Brunswick), NS (Nova Scotia). Please understand we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.
For accessory orders to Canada, FREEDARE charges shipping fees based on the weight and volume of the product. The specific fees are calculated on the checkout page.
For some remote areas in Canada, delivery may not be possible, or remote charges may apply.
Germany:
We offer free shipping within mainland Germany. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes.
For accessory orders shipped to Germany, FREEDARE charges a shipping fee based on the weight and volume of the product. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery may not be available to some remote areas of Germany, such as islands, or may incur a remote area fee.

SHIPPING TIME
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. We'll provide a tracking number within 1-3 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.
The carrier for bike orders is FedEx for both the USA and Canada. It may take 2 business days for your shipment to be scanned by carrier. Please allow 7-12 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by freedarebike.com are estimates.
Bike orders to Germany and other European countries are shipped using GEL Express. It may take up to two business days for the carrier to scan your shipment. Please allow 7-12 business days for delivery to your address. Any delivery dates given on freedarebike.com are estimates only.

Please note:
If your order includes other accessories, they will be shipped separately. Accessories are shipped from the factory or the local warehouse depending on stock availability. Accessories order ship in economy way and shipping time takes 7–12 business days.
For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.
SIGNATURES REQUIRED
Due to the high value of bike, we offer the signature required shipping method at your service. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended. Although starting with the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.
If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue and contact us in 2 business days. Our customer service support team will assist with item issues.
Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inaction of UPS or any other parcel service. SHIPPING CHANGE & ORDER CANCELLATION
Before Shipping:
Order Cancellation Before Shipping: If you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet, 8% of the bike cost will be charged as a processing fee.
Change of Address Before shipping: No charge fee.
After Shipping:
Order Cancellation After Shipping: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 15% of the bike cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost. Freedare will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.
Change of Address After shipping: If you successfully change your address, €20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 15% of the bike cost will be charged as a reshipping fee. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refused shipments:
If you refuse delivery of an order in the original package we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% order value for the return. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method.
Replacements and exchanges:
If you fail to reject the item and still want to cancel the order, 15% of the bike cost will be charged as the processing fees and the customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost.
SHIPPING DAMAGE ISSUES
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@freedarebike.com and provide us with photos or video proof. If the package is lost during transportation.
NOTICE: We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Dead on Arrival (DOA):
If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete or in need of replacement parts, contact Freedare customer care at freedareelecbike@gmail.com within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.
Missing Item(s), Wrong Item(s) or Incorrect Package Sent:
Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check the contents before signing for the package.
For any issues, please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:
Contact our Support Center with your order number and the product.
Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received.

Possible Solutions:
- If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
- If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). Freedare will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not, and compensate the return shipping fee when we receive it.
